Kinesiology uses gentle muscle monitoring (a bio-feedback tool) to identify factors that are blocking the body’s natural healing process. It is also an excellent way to uncover any limiting beliefs that many be stopping us from achieving what we want in our life. A Kinesiology client is observed as a whole being, rather than a collection of symptoms.
It is recognised that there are flows of energy within the body that relate not only to the muscles but also to every tissue and organ that make the body a living being. If these systems are interfered with or out of balance, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing can be compromised.
Using the muscle feedback system, the bodys inbuilt wisdom is used to direct the healing process. This is done by literally asking the body what it needs to bring it-self back into balance. Kinesiology uses a combination of simple Western techniques and Eastern wisdom to promote physical, emotional and spiritual health.
